Cancelation policy
- We require a 25% deposit on booking and then the remaining balance 4 weeks before arrival.
- For short notice bookings full balance is payable upon booking.
- In addition a £100 security deposit is payable on booking or 4 weeks before arrival, whichever is sooner This be refunded within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage caused to the cottage during your stay. This is payable on booking.
- We do not charge extra for dogs, a cleaning fee for dogs or a cleaning fee for the cottage.
